What is WANNA BE A KNIGHT?
It is the name of the Nine Knights online video contest, that offers every talented MTB cinematographer the chance to enter the FIAT Nine Knights 2013 event. Get invited to the illustrious round table of knights and join some of the best mountainbikers as well as MTB media of the planet for an unforgettable week on the craziest set up ever at Mottolino Fun Mountain in Livigno, Italy in September 2013.
Who can enter?
The online qualification is for all MTB cinematographers, pros and amateurs from all over the world, who think they are talented enough to join the Nine Knights and want to have fun at the castle in autumn 2013. The video qualification is open for everyone and the set-up is simple.
What should the video look like?
Step 1: Download the “Wanna be a Knight?” pre-Roll and put it in front of your video.
Step 2: Ad some written information in the beginning of your edit about your name, age, origin.
Step 3: The movie should contain your MTB- showreel (1-3 minutes), showing your filmaking & editing skills. Show us different techniques, different styles and surpise us with your creativity.
How can I submit my video?

- Add your video
- Enter friend’s email address: martl@distillery.cc
- Enter your email address
- Type your message: Your contact information
- Press Transfer By entering the competition you automatically agree the rules and terms documented in the letter of agreement.
- Once we have uploaded your contribution on the Nine Knights You Tube channel, you officially entered the online video competition.
What kind of footage should i use?
The FIAT Nine Knights is a real freeride MTB event, so you should show all disciplines like freeride and downhill, slopestyle and dirt footage.
Which song should i use?
Please find a „Free of rights“ song that suits your needs.
Can I watch the videos from the other riders?
Go to www.nineknights.com or our youtube channel and watch all submissions and updates.
Who will judge?
Andi Wittmann, Lukas Tielke and Kurt Sorge aka some of the the top of the Nine Knights will be the judges of this online video competition.
Till when do I have to submit my movie?
The deadline for submitting the video is August 14th 2013. The winner will be announced on August 17th 2013 via email and through a press notice
